24 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Nancy, the woman who checked me in was great. I got in late and she was so sweet. Once I got into my room and dropped my bags, the phone rang and it was Nancy making sure the room was in good standing.
The room on the other hand, although clean, was pretty small. It didn't bother me, but sometimes that's a factor.

Very nice, spacious room, huge bathroom & great shower head. Continental breakfast was average but with a little bit of everything: muffins, pastries, instant oatmeal assorted flavors, juices, coffee, cereal, toast, English muffin, waffle maker, etc.
The only issue was that the lady at the counter could not give me directions to the hotel since 'she does not drive,' but was very sweet and apologetic (we eventually figure how to get there). Called us after we arrived in our room to make sure everything was OK. Service counter people were great overall.
Cute hotel, lots of flowers, very clean; two little pools are positioned in the front entrance by the road - this was not inviting.
Located on a road that takes you directly to the Marina, shops, etc. There are hotels after hotels on this road, although this hotels does not stand out, they do a great job at making it delightful once you are there.

Horrible
Check in staff not very knowledgeable (we wanted to have room for Sunday 1/2 day to clean up after marathon), he booked for full day - motel gave us room (we were out by noon), so that was a plus.
Motel did not accommodate marathon folks - breakfast ...
