Our king bed was extremely comfortable & the hotel fine for a one night stay, only issue is that we called and scheduled a wake up call, which never came, luckily we woke up on our own.

The rooms were clean, lobby great, staff friendly and professional. I was there for a night before surgery at Duke and up all night because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. No way would I stay there again because of that. Everything was...

Excellent
I had NO problems with my stay. Everyone was right on point, the staff was friendly, helpful, and courtious. I`m looking forword to my next visit to Durham,N.C and staying at the same place and room. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
41 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The hotel was run down, but the service was nice. The guest rooms were bad, very old, the elevators were filthy, the lights did not work, the fabrics were worn and dirty, the bathroom had burns in the counter and dirty tiles, the desk was old and bad. It just needs a full renovation.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Medical Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I requested a King room and the front desk attendant said one was available, but when I brought out my travel organization card that room became unavailable. After checking in I was told the elevator was broken and there was only one luggage cart...
