Outstanding Customer Service

35 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I was absolutely blown away at the staff service of the Comfort Inn Matthews. Every morning I came down and every night before I went up all the staff members were smiling and friendly. This is very nice when you are away from home. The hotel was clean and breakfast was outstanding!!! Good job to a great hotel!! Hats off!!!

The pillows were horrible! The location was great, though.
