It is in a beautiful area. I enjoyed the area restaurants and shops. They have a great Marina bar and I enjoyed the coming and going watercraft.

This hotel made me feel respected: They spent an extraordinary amount of time assisting me in locating a certain community outside the area to visit family. They went the extra mile.

The hotel was way overpriced for the services they provided. We've had much better experiences at other hotels in Naples.

It was convenient, had nice and large rooms, and was clean.

The rate was too high, but there was virtually nowhere else to stay. I would say they had jacked up the prices. In addition, when we made the reservation over the phone, they took my wife's Amex number and then when I checked in they took my Amex number. Then next month I had on my Amex card a $2 room charge on my wife's card for a no show. I think that their system should be able to determine that the two cards that had the same last name was one party. In addition, they told me they would tear up the receipt that the reservation was made on and used my card. It created problems for me and Amex before it got resolved.

The hotel did not have proper communication with the grille where 60 people in our group were supposed to have dinner for two nights. Consequently they were unable to handle such a large group. They were pleasant about it and refunded the money.

This hotel made me feel respected: They listened and tried to make things as pleasant as possible.
