Comfort Inn Manitowoc Motel - Page 1

This motel was very poorly staffed and no one was friendly at all. We did not have a reservation and were looking for a place to stay. We did not feel welcome at all. The property was in need of cleaning and updating. We were poorly treated and will not stop at that motel again.

I was frustrated with the noisy guests in other room and there was not much done to rectify the situation. I also had problems with the light fixtures on the wall and there were no repair people on duty.

We've stayed there before. It’s nice and clean and has a friendly staff. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.

This hotel made me feel content: It felt like home. The beds were comfortable.

We had a small fire in our home and we needed to spend six weeks at the Comfort Inn hotel while our house was being renovated. Everything at the motel was just great. We could not have asked for anything more.

I would not return to this motel. They had poor service and it seemed that illegal operations were taking place in some of the rooms. I felt very unsafe. I would stay somewhere else in town should I need to return.
