Comfort Inn Manhattan Hotel - Page 1

A giant culture of mold was growing inside the air conditioning unit. The floors in the room were wet and sticky. The room was smelly. The key cards often did not work, in a weeks stay my party had to get new key cards several times per day. Also the location was less than ideal, less than fifty feet from railroad tracks. The trains ran through several times per night waking us on several occasions.

The hotel had a convenient location that was easy to find and near sites of interest to us.

There was mold in the air conditioning units. We had complications with the bathroom facilities working properly. There was a musty smell in the room. Remodeling was taking place at the time and a carpet was blocking the emergency exits. Cleanliness could be greatly improved.

The room was not ready when we arrived three hours after check in time because there was a wedding party that was late checking out. We were forced to change our plans because they were late. We were not even offered a discount or anything for our trouble.
