I got very sick. The staff was outstanding arranging for an ambulance and making follow up calls to make sure I was ok. After we got home the attendant wrote to ask how I was.

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was well maintained. The location was terrific. The only negative thing was the front desk person. We asked for a first floor room and she said they were booked. She had approximately 20 reservations...

The pool setting was beautiful. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The gardens surrounding the hotel were beautiful. However, looking down out of the back of the hotel from our room window, the view was of an open garage that looked like someone was living in it. There was lots of junk including a bathtub in it. It was an eyesore, but that was not the fault of the hotel.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Maggie Valley.
