55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Poor customer service. I was locked out of my room for 3 hours as the lock malfunctioned. I was charged for the room. My compensation from the manager was a half price room the next time I stay there from Sun.-Thurs. only. I missed 3 hours of work and my company lost income also.

Horrible
I did not get a jacuzzi in room it was in the bathroom. I was very dissatisfied, Manager avoided me and lied. Said he was on vacation when I called back using middle name he got on phone.
