Loved the housekeeping staff. The breakfast room staff talked to much and did not wear gloves handling the food, .The front desk people were very nice also. Would come back and stay awhile .

This hotel was very clean and looked well kept. We have three small children that were with us. The pool area was extremely slippery, our two year fell multiple times, that is a lawsuit waiting to happen, the staff did not seem very interested in making eye contact or greeting us. The complimentary breakfast did not have much for kids, donuts would have been nice. The hotel was very easy to find from the highway. Parents traveling with children should be very careful around pool area.

I am diabetic, and we requested a refrigerator in our room for my insulin. We were told there were no in-room refrigerators available, despite the fact we had stayed there before. We waited until the next day for the manager to arrive and resolve the problem.
