Excellent
Location close to interstate. Had picked up a "coupon" from the PA visitor center that reduced cost by $* (for one nite/2 people). I would describe room as "plush" with nice decore/comfortable pillows. Coffee maker with coffee located inside room....
44 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When we first arrived at the hotel the elevator was out of order. We had three rooms, however they were all on separate floors. A relative, who has a serious medical condition, was stuck in the elevator for nearly an hour in the middle of the night. The only person on duty was a nineteen year old who did not know what to do. She called the elevator repair men who stated that he did not know how long it would take for him to get to the hotel. He said he assumed the elevator was fixed because they had been working on it for the past couple of days. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told that she was home. I asked her to call the manager for me. The young lady told me her manager said since it was not an emergency she would not come to the hotel. I had to call the fire department and the police myself! The fire department finally got my relative out of the elevator. The next morning when I spoke with the manager she was angry with us for causing a disturbance at her hotel. It was a horrible experience.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West.
I would not recommend it to friends.
Made several business trips to the area. Staff, rooms and accomodation have been great. Great place to stay. Easy on/off from the Interstate. The breakfast can be a quick fruit snack such as apples and bananas ro a sit down meal.

The location is easy to access, as it is right on the main road and highway. The room was comfortable, if a bit on the small side. If all you plan on doing is sleeping and catching a shower, this is a good place to stay. If you are expecting much more, such as a pool, restaurant, or weight room, you might be disappointed. There are restaurants close by but the hotel does not have one.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West.
