Good: Great location w/in 3 miles of Disney, Seaworld, etc. Grounds very pretty, pools clean, 24-hour entrance driveway security with passes required. Front Desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was clean, comfortable beds

Location is good near Premium Outlet and Disney attractions but overall hotel is poor. Staff acts like robot when we check in, Too many rooms ( 5 levels), high noise all day and night and cleanliness is terrible. No wi-fi in rooms is not acceptable. ...

nice private grounds, 24 hour surveillance, free breakfast, great rates, two nice pools, spotless rooms, and very friendly staff. This is our 3rd year in a row staying here, and it is perfect.

Some of the reviews that I had read about this place almost made me cancel my reservation. There are no coch roaches in the place as some people had wrote. I found the rooms very clean and comfortable. My only problem with the room was that I had to get my toilet plunged twice as it nearly overflowed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The security is great and have a good sense of humor. I did not care for the boardwalk buffet. The food was horrible. Another problem that I had with the place was the lounge. The bartender does not know how to make very many drinks. Unless you are looking for a beer or rum and coke I suggest you go to a real lounge. The bartender got a little smart alex with me. You can order internet on your television but it is very poor quality and you cannot read anything one it, I would not suggest taking this option. Otherwise this is a great place to stay. Housekeeping does a great job and are willing to work around your schedule. If you do not want service they will bring you towels if you ask them. I would definitly stay in this place again. They are a 3 star motel. The pool is very roomy and clean, the kids loved it. It is close to the parks and they offer shuttle though it would have been nicer if they added a few more shuttles. I would reccomend the place to my friends and family.
