This location is perfect if you are interested in staying near Disney but not in Disney World. It was simple, not fancy and perfect for someplace easy to stay.

This hotel made me feel content: It was lovely to be able to come back to the hotel that was close, clean and no fuss. The desk staff was helpful and we felt that if we needed anything, it would be taken care of.

Never again!. This hotel was disgusting. Our A/C leaked all over the carpet, the coffee maker leaked and we had roaches in our room as well as seeing some in the restaurant! Our first day there, after returning from Disney, we discovered they hadn't even cleaned our room! The staff is incredibly slow and we saw our cleaning lady walking up and down the walkway in front of our room talking to herself. The "expanded continental breakfast" consists of some bread, oatmeal or cold cereal. If you want anything hot you have to pay for it. All of the food is served in one area but if you say you're only having the continental breakfast, they watch you like a hawk. No stealing scramble eggs! I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Every Easter Break starting with 2001, we've stayed at Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista with a group of high school students. The staff has always been very friendly and understanding. (Most of our students have never even been on a family vacation, much less an overnight field trip!) The guard always recognizes us in our "yellow limo" a.k.a. school bus. The rooms have mini fridges and microwaves (terrific for kids on a limited budget who can't afford to eat many meals in the amusement parks $$$). The rooms have always been clean. Having the sink located outside the room with the shower and toilet makes it easier for four high school students in the same room to get ready. The students always make good use of the irons and ironing boards as well. The only negative is not really associated with Comfort Inn, but with their shuttle service provider to WDW, Universal, etc. The shuttle company needs to run more buses during the parks' peak seasons. Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista is a terrific bang for the buck!

The location was ok, but the food and the accommodations were not. It was not worth the money.

The location was fine but if you want to travel around get a car as the buses do not run like they should and a lot of guests were very frustrated with this.

We got an excellent package deal. The beds were not as comfortable as we anticipated for a Comfort Inn hotel.

This hotel made me feel practical: The package deal included breakfast for all family members. It helped keep the overall cost of the vacation down.

The hotel has very nice people and it is clean and neat.

The TV did not work properly. It was fixed and the rest of stay was very enjoyable. The staff was courteous, polite and they went out of their way to help.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were security guards at the gate. They would check and see if people were registered. If not they inquired about the purpose of the visit. Guards were constantly on patrol all around the property.

It is a nice hotel, close to many parks, with a great restaurant, a nice pool and a nice staff willing to give directions and advice. It has a pretty scenery and the location is safe. They have reasonable rates.

We stayed there for five nights as we were wooed by the internet ads. Our room was filthy. There was nose mucous on the bathroom walls, the garbage was not cleaned on a daily basis, and the sheets on the bed were not fitted sheets so they slid around all night. Breakfast buffet was advertised for $5.00 per person, but was suddenly $8.00 per person once we got there. We had to serve ourselves in the buffet line, our attendant only showed up after we had finished breakfast and my husband had to stand in the free buffet line for orange juice which is supposed to be served by our attendant.

The bathrooms were very outdated and there was rust around the fixtures. We had to call maintenance three times due to the toilets not flushing! Right after they would come and plunge the toilet, you wouldn't be able to flush more than once or it wouldn't flush again.

The bus they promised to transport us to the parks was overcrowded every day with people standing all the way to the parks. I was also told that the bus was deemed unsafe because it tilted to one side. I would not stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed the stay. The accommodations were good. It was a three star not a five star hotel. I would have probably put it at a two star as the equipment is getting a little old. We enjoyed our time there though.

We have been staying at that particular motel for over fifteen years. The service is always good and I like the security guard at the entrance. We have never had any problems staying there so we continue to stay.

The people that worked there were rude. Our room had tiny little ants all over the remote, and when I complained, the front desk lady just shrugged her shoulders. We got eaten up the first night without realizing it was the ants.

It’s an old hotel, the floors by the elevator are very dirty, it needs a good paint job. I thought I was getting a good deal when I arrived, and the man said he was going to give it to me for $79 for two double beds, then I found out that everyone else was paying $59.

The sign on the highway advertised the rooms as $59, and when I mentioned this to the front desk, she said it was only for handicapped guests.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista March 9 to 16, 2007.

We stayed in a room in building number 3, 2nd floor, facing the parking lot.

We arrived early and unfortunately our room was not ready - but not a problem! We threw on our shorts, went out for lunch and a little shopping and came back later.

We were pleasantly surprised when we went into our room. It was spotless. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were all in good working order. There is even a little safe for your valuables. The bed was VERY comfortable.

The shower was nice.

The pool was clean and VERY warm, we really enjoyed it. There were fresh towels by the pool each day and plenty of chairs and lounge chairs and tables.

We ate the continental breakfast 3 mornings while we were there and it was delicious. Toast, jam, butter, porridge, a variety of cereals and fruit, juice, coffee, tea - what more do you want for a continental breakfast? We ate our fill.

The ONLY negatives we had about the Inn, and they really were not that important, is that the elevator could have been a little newer or cleaner - that's it!

We actually really liked it there and would definitely stay again.

Security and housekeeping were fantastic and very polite. We always felt safe while we were there.

I had an experience with a staff member coming to the door. I did not know he was from the staff till security checked him. He did not knock as I heard him started to come into the room, but the safety latch stopped him. When I yelled he left. The security later said it was a check on the maid service.

Everything was nice about this stay, we had speedy room service, the rooms were cleaned very nicely everyday and we had no problems at all. I would recommend it.

I have been staying there for over twenty years. I feel safe and the employees are genuinely caring.

The price was right. The room met my basic needs but it did not feel comfortable or inviting. The free breakfast was of poor quality. The scheduled shuttle to the area theme parks was good.

This hotel made me feel welcome: All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They clearly explained to me the things that I needed to know about the hotel. It was disconcerting to see a notice posted in my room about theft and burglary. It was good to be warned about these things but my first reaction to the notice was to think that I had picked the wrong area to rent a hotel. During my entire stay I had no problem with theft or burglary.

I've been staying there for at least sixteen years. The parking lot is monitored all the time which makes me feel safer. They are always fast getting you checked in and out.

This hotel made me feel respected: They always address me as Mister with a respectful tone. They never fail to ask if there is anything they can do to make my stay more comfortable.

This hotel was dirty and the employees could not speak English so you could not talk to them or ask them anything. If you wanted to watch TV you had to be very careful on how you operated the channel control because you could end up being charged for watching a movie and not knowing it. That’s because they don’t have any channels that you can watch without having to pay for them first. Any channels you could watch for free were either news or weather or advertising for the hotel or activities around the Orlando area.
