Comfort Inn Lacey Hotel - Page 2

The hotel was easy to find and access to the freeway and business office were well marked. The continental breakfast was exceptional, a waffle maker, batter, and several juices were included in the offerings. The staff was exceptional and professional. The morning news was available on a large screen and in easy view of all.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The atmosphere was friendly and we had the feeling that we should participate in conversations, either with the staff or other patrons. Everyone had a greeting for anyone they passed in halls or the meeting rooms. I had a very good time and the staff made me feel at ease.

The room was adequate. It had a second bedroom and accommodated five people for a cost of a hundred dollars for the night.

This hotel made me feel content: This was the only place in Washington that could accommodate us.

This Comfort Inn is convenient to both the freeway and the Olympia-Lacey area. The hotel is clean and the personnel are friendly and knowledgeable of the area. It is of average value for this type of hotel. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The free breakfast buffet is nice.

We liked our stay very much. The entrance to the parking lot from the highway was hard to find -- it was not marked.

It was an alright facility.

I liked the drinks in the lobby, and the freshly made cookies they offered.

I have never stayed in a Comfort Inn previously, but will always stay there in the future based solely on the way that I was treated on this trip.

This hotel made me feel important: My children came down with the stomach flu while there, and they offered to do some laundry for me and told me that I could stay longer than the 12pm check out time if needed for free to make sure the children were ready for the long drive home.
