The central reservations office was very helpful. I was more than pleased as I used to spend upwards of 35 weeks at 5-star hotels and received better treatment at the Comfort Inn than in most hotels.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Key West.

This particular Comfort Inn had ants all over the rooms, many of the lights did not work, check-in was not done well at all, and it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff for spending my money there. It won't happen again.
