Good
59 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The location was fine except there were no restaurants close by.
The manager went out of his way to help me get to a restaurant.

Good
27 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The milk at the continental breakfast was left out too long. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.
I came in very late at night by myself with three children. I was helped with the door, and even though the one night person on duty couldn't help me to my room, she gave detailed directions so I wouldn't have to look around. In the morning I was given assistance at the continental breakfast with my kids.

The signage needs to be improve to direct guests from I-40 to the hotel premises. The breakfast needs to have sugar-free syrup.
