Horrible
female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Be aware the room we stayed in was infested with bed bugs. The hotel eventually credited us for our stay however they are refusing to pay for the exterminator we had to hire to eliminate the problem at our home. They do not practice proper pest management as evidenced by the infestation. Nor do they care about the health and safety of their guests.

Be aware you have been warned and be careful if you choose to stay there. They will make little to no accomodations to help you once their problme becomes yours!

Excellent

This hotel was so comfortable, and wonderfully priced. We stayed there for 2 nights to go play in the snow with our 4 small children. The continetial breakfast was excellent with fresh juices, homemade waffels, pastries, cereal,fruit, and oatmeal....

I was very pleasantly surprised and it was a rewarding experience!

The room was extremely comfortable with natural wood panels, finishes and warm colors. I liked the pleasant staff!

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn I-17 & I-40.
