The room was attractive and clean, as was the hotel. The only problems were not enough towels for four people but they readily replaced them and breakfast could be handled better as it was too crowded and the layout was bad.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Hillsville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It's in a good convenient location. It's a good value for the money. I liked the free computer access in the lobby for checking email.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Hillsville.
I might recommend it to friends.

I enjoyed the stay. There was a problem with no hot water and low water pressure, but the price was adjusted appropriately. Breakfast was nice.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Hillsville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was convenient to our travel plans. The room service was very good. But the staff was not very friendly. This was our second stay at this Fairfield Inn and both times the pool was not in service, we were very disappointed.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Hillsville.
I might recommend it to friends.
