Comfort Inn Hackettstown Hotel

We have stayed in many other Comfort Suites / Inns and we have been very pleased in the past. This hotel did not measure up. There were only 4 pillows in a 2 Queen bed room. When we requested extra pillows they were unable to accommodate even though it was clear the hotel was not even close to being full. There also was no fan in the bathroom. There was a hole in the bathmat. Overall, the hotel just did not have the luxurious feel that other hotels in this chain possess.

I only stayed for one night. They have very good rooms and amenities.

This hotel made me feel practical: All the things that I would like in a hotel for the reason I stayed were met. I thought the personnel were helpful.

All services and contacts with employees were above average. They were polite and courteous.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the employees' greetings and attention.
