We were stranded in Gurnee at 9 at night. The staff provided all the toiletries that we needed. The breakfast was great. I can't write about the pool as we had no suites. The only downside was that the hotel smelled musty and the TV was wearing out.

I was very pleased with the welcome that me and my family received when we checked into this motel. I will definitely stay with this motel chain whenever I travel.

They had security locks on all doors.

I spent enough time to have a comfortable good night's sleep and then shower.

The hotel was comfortable and it met all my needs. We were close to the amusement park which was the reason we chose this hotel.

There is no pool and the staff seemed indifferent. They gave poor directions to the location.

It was very conveniently located for us and we really liked the free continental breakfast. It was more than we expected. We also liked the coffee and coffee pot in the room. We would definitely stay at a Comfort Inn again.

It’s a very nice basic hotel. I would use it again. It’s clean and well kept. They serve a good continental breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel personnel were knowledgeable and friendly.

When we checked in the front desk person was not friendly. The next morning the front desk people were very nice. The pool had too many chemicals in it. My friends and my family experienced rashes on their bodies after swimming in the pool. We did complain and the people at the front desk said they closed the pool and they would check out the situation. I do not know if any results took place.

I like the big breakfast.

The room was not vacuumed either before or during my stay. The ashtrays were dirty when I arrived and were not emptied or cleaned throughout my stay. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows were old and very uncomfortable.
