We were stranded in Gurnee at 9 at night. The staff provided all the toiletries that we needed. The breakfast was great. I can't write about the pool as we had no suites. The only downside was that the hotel smelled musty and the TV was wearing

I spent enough time to have a comfortable good night's sleep and then shower.

The hotel was comfortable and it met all my needs. We were close to the amusement park which was the reason we chose this hotel.

I was very pleased with the welcome that me and my family received when we checked into this motel. I will definitely stay with this motel chain whenever I travel.

They had security locks on all doors.

It was very conveniently located for us and we really liked the free continental breakfast. It was more than we expected. We also liked the coffee and coffee pot in the room. We would definitely stay at a Comfort Inn again.

There is no pool and the staff seemed indifferent. They gave poor directions to the location.

It’s a very nice basic hotel. I would use it again. It’s clean and well kept. They serve a good continental breakfast.
