I have always used the Comfort Inn for the free stays you could gain until, on this last trip, the services were terrible. There was a clock/alarm clock in the room that did not function, and one of the main lamps was missing a bulb. These were reported, but only the bulb was replaced a day later. Upon check-out the Assistant Manager did not honor the hotel's 100% satisfaction policy if an issue was not resolved in a timely manner. In my opinion, the staff did not value the customers and followed the recognized policy. Stay at your own risk.
