Overall, I would give the hotel an excellent rating - it met our expectations, decent room size, extremely friendly staff, etc . . . except for the fact that we had to stay in a smoking room because we travelled with our pet. Honestly, my cat's...
50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It’s difficult to get to, but close to the mall. The beds are so comfortable. It is a great symbolism for advertising. I have stayed in Comfort Inns through North and South Dakota and always receive excellent service.
My requests were addressed promptly and all staff was friendly.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Grand Forks.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I had a coupon which they refused to honor .They neglected to tell me this when I booked 2 weeks in advance.They also said they did not give senior or CAA discounts on busy weekends.No manager is available on weekends to speak to and staff can not...
