Horrible
Internet was main reason for hotel booking but it was not functional. The hotel was decent but the main reason was to web cam with my wife prior to being deployed overseas.
Convenient location.Older facility, cleanliness only okay. Average hotel, the price was right. I felt that it was basically clean but upkeep could be better.

32 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We don't have unreasonably high expectations of a one-night motel stay when we're passing through, but consider it fair to expect at least superficially clean rooms with functional amenities.
When we checked in, we were given a strange-smelling room with a flooded bathroom floor. Not good. We were given a new room, but were not given any help in carting our luggage (while carrying tired, cranky kids) to the new room on the opposite end of the motel. Once we settled into the new room with relief, we discovered that the heater didn't work - and that the room was approximately 50 degrees. We were offered another room. At that point our kids were on the verge of a meltdown if we made them pack everything up again, so we instead spent the night in a cold room.
Each time we asked to talk to a manager, both at night and in the morning, no one was available. Our calls were never returned. We contacted Comfort Inn headquarters, which apparently told the manager to contact us. Months later we got an awkwardly worded form letter repeating our complaints with an admission that no one was available to talk to us about the problem. That's it. We were not offered a partial reimbursement, or another night at the motel, or any other sort of feeble compensation for having endured such a terrible night at a relatively high price. They have hideous customer service.
