It's well kept and has good service. It is well located next to the interstate.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Fort Smith.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The desk clerk was noncommittal. Some of the lights were burned out. The carpet was stained.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Fort Smith.
I would not recommend it to friends.
