What is there not to love? It's a new hotel, it's clean, it has a very friendly and helpful staff, it's right across the street from the casino, it's a 5-7 minute walk down to the falls, it's withing walking distance to all the great tourist attract

I come down to the falls alot, what can I say i'm a casino lover. It was only recently that I started staying at the Comfort Inn, and let me tell you, its one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! What more can you want? They have excellent staff,

We had booked a three night stay and only wound up staying two nights due to the door slamming at all hours of the night, people talking outside of our door around 3:00 a.m. and general noisy conditions. Management will not refund the money for the night we did not stay - they said we "did not complain while it was happening". We complained when we checked out on our second night at 4:00 a.m. due to the noise and they did not check at that time. The rooms are dated and need a makeover. Their billboard advertises for "work crews" to stay over. I now understand why. This should not be listed as a hotel to be used by a vacationer or a business traveler, or anyone I guess!

If you're looking for a place to stay that is near the Falls, then the Comfort Inn is the place to go. There are buses or shuttles near by that will take you to the Falls and around the area. If you're interested in the outlet mall, the shuttle will also take you there. For comfort, it's fine, but if you're looking for a wine and dine place to stay, then it's best to choose a higher star hotel. However, for convenience, it's close to the Falls.

What I can tell about comfort INn.Comfort inn is a great hotel i had ever stay.The location is great for visiting the Falls. Everything is within walking distance! The room was clean and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast delicious, and the staff very helpful.Value was good.My honeymoon trip was rally good and I enjouyed a lot. Iam very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Pointe Hotel.I would recommend comfort INN to my friends & relatives who come from overseas.Thanks
