Mediocre
The hotel was very hard to find first of all and secondly, it was indicated to be a 3 star ( lol )hotel. The walls were shabby, yellow, the housekeeping room was across from my room. The door was open and it looked like all the paint was peeling off ...
Living in South Africa and not knowing what to expect. We found the comfort inn to be value for money. The location was excellent for touring the city, Especially if you don't know charlotte. It's location at the end of a cul de sac made...

Horrible
The staff was terrible and the rooms was nasty had to change room 2 times because of the dirty rooms and nasty comforters, site said hotel was close to the airport it is actually almost 9 miles away.
We stayed here recently.The service was very poor and things were not done at the proper time.Maintenence was very very poor.They made us to move into five different rooms as each room was lack of some facility.We had a very bad time at this hotel...
