We enjoyed the short stay there.

The hotel was close to the interstate and easy to find. Check in was a breeze. We got there later than expected and they did not treat us any different than if we had been on time. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. We will be staying there again.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The desk clerk was super helpful and so was everyone. Every time we came in or left, they greeted us with a smile and a hello. I never felt we were intruding on their day. Even the cleaning staff was pleasant. We felt welcome and wanted.

The hotel staff was not organized as to room occupation and we were given the wrong room three times.

It was an average hotel stay with clean rooms and adequately equipped. I would recommend it to others.

I purchased four rooms for extended family as we overnighted in Charlotte on our way to Hilton Head Island. We purchased non-smoking rooms and two of the four that we were given were smoking rooms. The rooms were filthy, smelled like a cross between a bowling alley and a kennel and we even found piles of pet poop in one of them. Additionally we found the wiring for outlets hanging out of the walls in multiple rooms. The hotel refused to respond in any way to our concerns saying that all rooms were booked. I'd sleep on the floor in a gas station bathroom before I'd visit this place again!

The hotel has a very nice staff and adequate facilities, and the location was easily accessible.

Comfort Inn is pretty standard wherever you go and I like that. It is comfortable, not too expensive and guests are treated well.

The location was okay, but the bed was not particularly comfortable. The hotel employees very helpful, and the continental breakfast was okay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff gave a prompt greeting and check in. They also helped with restaurant locations. The hotel had a decent continental breakfast.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The people at the desk were exceptionally friendly. Greeted me by name whenever I came in.

The receptionist was not very nice, and could not help us find our way to a major intersection. The room was nice, and I enjoyed the company of my husband!

This hotel made me feel entertained: I felt entertained there because there was a TV, and my husband was there.

This hotel made me feel content: I feel content by feeling safe while I was there.
