Comfort Inn Exec Center Hotel - Page 1

I canceled my reservation with in 72 hours notice. I have been waiting two weeks for my refund and still haven't received my $70! I wouldn't stay there ever if I had to! They have very poor service.

The room was not very clean and the desk staff was unknowledgeable and rude. The desk staff misrepresented the cost of the room.

The hotel is currently being renovated. The room I was given was well worn, the bed was sunken in and the air conditioning unit was old and noisy.

There was a smell of mildew as I entered my room I was in bldg #3 and even though it is close to bldg #1, where the computers and coffee/breakfast is served, I didn't feel safe walking there after dark due to poor lighting. However, that said I'm from a bigger city with many more lights.

Overall it was adequate for an economical one night stay, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there longer. The best thing about the hotel is that its close to a lot of conveniences, stores restaurants.

This was a horrible experience. The workers where rude and the place was filthy. I wouldn't even walk around without shoes on in my room b/c the carpet was greasy! I mainly picked this place because of the fitness room that they told me information on but when I got there, their machines where are all broken. I notified the manger and she acted clueless. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Yuck!
