Our basketball team stayed for two nights, and when we asked staff for the nearest laundromat, they washed our uniforms for free. In addition, they had printed driving directions to our game sites and warnings about road construction. The motel was basic and clean but staff went above and beyond.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and pool area was spotless. Wireless internet actually worked in the hotel room, a definite plus. Pleased with my overall...

As every hotel in Wichita was sold out, this was the only place I could get a room for that night. Not a great place. Major security issues to start, as the front desk announced out loud my room #. Though the hotel featured interior corridors, the doors outside were left open. Lots of kids and noise all night. Bed is placed right next to the door, so you have to sleep heavy in order to get any sleep. Internet was not working. When I called down, they said it would only be a moment, and that it was working in other parts. According to the Internet provider, that wasn't the case. In fact, the hotel's wireless server had been down an entire day and wouldn't be fixed for another two days! Just a bad experience all around.

The swimming pool was not filled yet. After filled and they advised it was safe to use it, our children got sick and the chlorine smell was horrible. The service was not very good.

I would not recommend it to friends.

Horrible
I had the worst night sleep at this hotel. The sheet was fitted and kept coming off the mattress all night long, I was miserable and got no sleep. The air conditioner was not controllable which left the room stuffy.

I liked that the hotel was dog-friendly. There was a good breakfast buffet in the morning and the staff was helpful. However, I disliked that I couldn't get the light on my side of the bed to work. I would stay there again. The pool area was lovely, but we didn't have time to use it.
