The customer service was awesome. Whatever we needed they were there to help. Whether it was directions, breakfast area, kitchen, towels or whatever.

The only thing I wish each room had is a refrigerator and microwave. These days that just need to be included.

As every hotel in Wichita was sold out, this was the only place I could get a room for that night. Not a great place. Major security issues to start, as the front desk announced out loud my room #. Though the hotel featured interior corridors, the doors outside were left open. Lots of kids and noise all night. Bed is placed right next to the door, so you have to sleep heavy in order to get any sleep. Internet was not working. When I called down, they said it would only be a moment, and that it was working in other parts. According to the Internet provider, that wasn't the case. In fact, the hotel's wireless server had been down an entire day and wouldn't be fixed for another two days! Just a bad experience all around.

The swimming pool was not filled yet. After filled and they advised it was safe to use it, our children got sick and the chlorine smell was horrible. The service was not very good.

I thought the hotel was a very nice place. I just went there to sleep.

The people were friendly. It was a nice hotel and I felt safe.

I had the worst night sleep at this hotel. The sheet was fitted and kept coming off the mattress all night long, I was miserable and got no sleep. The air conditioner was not controllable which left the room stuffy.
