This location was just not up to the usual Comfort Inn standards and I was disappointed. We stayed at several others during this three week trip and we were pleased with all of them. Comfort Inn is my hotel of choice.

My girlfriends and I took a little weekend trip to Albuquerque, and even thoughthe hotel was quite booked the staff was able to get us a room for not one but two nights! They were very eager to help us in all our needs! i would reccommend this hotel ...
67 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The highways were closed due to a winter storm and the Comfort Inn staff went over and above to take care of the overcrowded hotel. Some staff members were also stranded at the hotel and showed remarkable attitude towards all.
The attentive staff is always looking out for their guest’s welfare.

Horrible
The room was dirty, hair in the sink, stains on the carpet and sticky for bare feet, dirt and bleach marks on the blankets, stuffing hanging from bed underneath.

Good
Stayed here when stranded and had zero expectation but was presently surprised. Hotel was slammed with stranded motorist but staff was great. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and room was extremely reasonable. Breakfast was more than expected.
