I made reservations for two days. I have to make reservations every month because I'm in the Air National Guard. I stayed one night and left my room to go to work. When I came back there was other people in the room that I was staying in. Hotel staff packed my bags up and threw my stuff in plastic bags while I was gone. They didn't even zip my suit case up and stuff was falling out. I went to the front desk to ask what was going on and they said that I had only made reservations for one day. I made reservations for two days, apparently the staff wasn't listening to well when I made the reservations. Anyways, they had me wait for over 30 minutes to get the new room cleaned. I finally got my room. Then sometimes you just don't realize that your missing something until you actually need it. I was missing my cell phone charger! So I let the front desk know that I was missing it. She more or less acted like I was stupid when I told her my phone charger was probally in the room I was in the day before. I asked her to call the room so that they could check if it was in there and nobody answered. So the front desk more or less said tough luck you'll have to wait till they get back or wait till they check out to get it. I was very upset. Front desk finally called me at 1am and said we have your phone charger. I have to get up at 6am so that was not good at all. This is not a way to treat a person that serves their country let alone any normal civilian.

Comfort Inns stand for comfort. The beds are the most comfortable (good mattresses). The rooms are just the right size. Everyone is kind and willing to help. It was great! I know I will sleep well when we stay at a Comfort Inn.
