Comfort Inn Early Hotel

My first impression was arriving at 11.00pm by car, I park , step out and start hauling my luggage towards the front door and the front desk person coming out to open the door for me... The room was very clean and comfortable, the maid greeted me in the morning with a smile and a hello. My overall impression was that the staff could not do enough for me, so I left them a nice tip when I checked out.

For sure I would be back!

My family and I went to Brownwood for Spring Break, we stayed at the Comfort Inn because it was fairly new.

They have a very unpleasant staff. We only had three bath towels and we asked for two more towels, and they made us bring down the dirty ones from our room before they would give us clean ones. And to top it off they made us count them! With four people staying in our room, three towels were not enough. I felt like they thought we were going to steal their towels, I told them sorry they didn't match my decor at home! W would never stay again, next time it is Hampton Inn!

The place is clean and comfortable. They provide great service.
