Comfort Inn Eagle Rock Motel - Page 1

This hotel is run by kids with no hotel management experience. It looked very dirty to me and the attitude of these people it is not very nice. The night we spent there with my family, the same people that runs the hotel, were having a party in one of the rooms and making a lot of noise. I cannot recommend this hotel since the experience we had there was not the best. I would also advise the owner(s) to have this place clean.

I wasn't expecting a continental breakfast free but got it every day. I also liked the off-street parking, which was quiet, despite the busy Colorado Boulevard. The people behind the hotel counter were helpful and friendly. The employees showed me how to use the laundry at the motel. I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I am a handicapped senior traveling alone and I felt as if the staff looked after me and tried to make me feel appreciated.

The rooms were in excellent condition and very clean. It was a nice surprise to find a mini-fridge and safe in the room at no extra charge. The pool is average, but there is also a nice outdoor hot tub. Staff was very prompt with all requests.

It was a reasonable price for the value. It had a friendly staff. It's near 'Stables Center.' The sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly -- it needs unclogging!

This hotel made me feel welcome: They let me clear out of the room half an hour past check-out time without an extra charge or harassing comments. I really appreciated the patience and understanding showed by the staff and management. I will come back next time for another stay because of this incident.

This hotel is in a good location in a nice suburb of Los Angeles. It's close to many restaurants, several within walking distance, and has easy access to freeways. They have a convenient continental breakfast. Coffee and free newspaper were available. It's not far from the Southwest Museum, Huntington Library, Norton Simon Museum, Occidental College, Rose Bowl, Glendale and Pasadena. It has a friendly, young Latino staff.
