48 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was easy to get to. The room was very clean and roomy and the wireless internet worked well. The staff was friendly, we requested extra pillows and they were delivered very fast. The continental breakfast was very good with fresh food.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Dunkirk.
I might recommend it to friends.

I found the hotel adequate, not fabulous, not terrible, but good for the short trip I needed to make to the local university.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Dunkirk.
I might recommend it to friends.

25 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

They lied to us about the shuttle service being free and then were rude to us when checking in.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Dunkirk.
I might recommend it to friends.
