We were not told in advance that this place was undergoing a major remodeling and there was only one elevator available which made for long waits to use it as it was also very small. This plus the tearing up of the building and the rooms that were not available made it a quite bad experience.

Our experience with the hotel was very nice. We did have an upstairs room, however, and had people complain at 10:00 sharp about our baby crying and us walking. Three out of four kids were asleep, and our youngest baby was the only one toddling around.
This hotel made me feel practical: We were on vacation with the whole family. We have three toddlers and a teenage daughter. We had a room with bunk beds, video games and a game table. Also the adults had a somewhat separate bedroom with a separate television. We had a fridge.

Breakfast was provided and it was good. When I needed better pillows Deli in the lobby was very convenient. They have a great smoking area.
This hotel made me feel important: They remembered my name, my room, knew I was there for my daughter's surgery, and always asked about her.
