Comfort Inn Downtown Convention Center San Diego Hotel

The hotel was clean, the front desk personnel was friendly and courteous. The wireless internet service did not work in the room. I was told that they were still upgrading, as in some rooms it worked and in some it did not.

The continental breakfast was good with build your own waffles. Everything else was Super 8 quality. The rooms were cramped, the TV channel section was very limited: no MTV, no Comedy Central. The front desk service was unfriendly. The two Internet computers in the lobby were convenient. The jacuzzi being open 24 hours was also convenient. The noise factor from the 5 freeway could be heard from inside the room.

It suited our needs. We would use it again. The best features for us were the continental breakfast and the high-speed Internet access in the room.
