The bed was really hard, if I didn't know better, I would have thought I was sleeping on the floor.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Downtown Cleveland.
I might recommend it to friends.

I have stayed at this Comfort Inn 3 other times, and probably will again. Only problem this time was that the room we were initially given had not been cleaned (beds unmade, wet towels on bathroom floor, etc. ), a minor inconvenience that was quickly taken care of.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Downtown Cleveland.
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I have stayed there before and like the room and the beds - both are very comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Downtown Cleveland.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was pleasant. The staff was helpful, friendly and gave me special attention due to a personally difficult circumstance. Breakfast was provided, healthy and more than adequate.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Downtown Cleveland.
