Pillows were to soft, Beds were far too comfortable, Shower water was too hot, carpets were too clean, room was too dark at night, room was too quiet while trying to sleep, tv had too many channels to choose from, air conditioner was to efficiant...

It is located a block from the Salvation Army and smells like wet paint and pickles. When we tried to resolve the issue the manager call us liars hung up on my husband.

This hotel was only a block or so from the theatre and several restaurants, making our trip to the Palace very convenient. The underground parking was VERY tight, and you had to pay extra for parking, but it was OK. The staff were very friendly...

We stayed at this hotel for a Cleveland Browns game and also New Year's Eve. It has a great location - if you don't mind walking a little. But, the nice thing is that it's off a main road and once you park and walk, you don't have to worry about...
As always, most of the reviews come from chronic complainers. We were very happy with the hotel. Nice, big, clean room w/a king bed for $90. Loved the desk for writing postcards. Parking was no problem. Staff very friendly, and even provided us...
