50 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The first room I was checked into was not even clean. The second room was still getting clean, and it was 5PM. The internet was very slow and at times would go out. I would have to call the front desk to get them to restart it. Breakfast was good. P

they promised that the shuttle bus would pick us up after the concert and after MANY phone calls and 1 1/2 hours of waiting in the rain, they finally came to pick us up. Come to find out, the van had been in the parking lot of the hotel the whole...
WE WALK IN THE THE LADY AT THE DECK WAS BUSY WITH HER DAUGHTER AND GRANDCHILD.FINALLY WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM IT LOOK LIKE IT HADN'T BEEN CLEAN. THE CARPET HAD DIRTY SPOT ALL OVER IT. IT WAS REAL...

Horrible
Service was poor-No Security-Over Priced-Uncomfortable Beds-Dirty Tubs-Unfriendly Staff-Local Hang out for the Boys-N-Da-Hood-High traffic of male prostitues.
My company vehicle was stolen, the police was called, the news cameras...
I really enjoy my stay there but had hot water problems in the morning time. I had to wait for half an hour before the water got warm again sooner after that water got really cold within the 20 min. I think the price was to much for the location and ...

Horrible
The bathroom was dirty and did not have any soap or new toilet paper. The pillows were flat. The safe did not work. I slipped and fell on the front walk, it was raining and very slippery, no traction.
