This hotel customer service was terrible. This hotel discrimnates against Black people. This hotel has no heart. The general manager Jennifer and the front desk manager Cyndi are both racist. This hotel does not provide a corporate number nor a number to reach the district manager. If you are Black and there is a problem it will never get resolved because the Distriuct manager fail to make it a policy to provide his or her contact imformation to guest who request it. This hotel discourages Blacks to select it as a destination.

We have always been satisfied with all the Comfort Inn hotels.

They are always willing to go out of their way to make you feel at home.

The hotel was fine. It was close to the places I needed to be and close to shopping! Overall it was a good experience!

They are always very helpful. You always feel at home with them. It is a casual family environment. Even though it is not close to the Capital area, I prefer them, and it is easy to get to from all locations in Des Moines.
