My husband and I stayed there this past summer and found the motel to be a very good value, nice, clean and a helpful, pleasant staff. A nice feature was a one per day paid cab ride to and from the University Hospitals & Clinics.

Reserved a room for one night. Took a shower and drain in shower was not draining. Had water up to the top of my ankle and it was gross. Informed front counter and was told there was no maintenance person on sight. Asked for a reduced price on the room and was agreed. Next morning, received bill and did not get discount. Adressed the problem and counter person was rude and tried to tell me that the drain problem was normal and that they "made" the drains to drain slow. Which is crap. After arguing with the gentleman he finally only gave me a 5% discount. After that he was cleaning up the breakfast and was slamming doors and being excessively loud. Room was clean but the gentleman was very rude.

The hotel was clean and new. The employees were friendly and efficient and we have never had a bad stay at Comfort Inns, which is why we always select that chain if available.

This is a good worker blue-collar hotel. I will not personally stay there again. The breakfast choices were for construction worker type guests and not a lady.
