It was very clean and it had every amenity we needed. I think they give you a lot for your money.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It was inviting and elegant. They were all very professional.

They have nice clean rooms and represent a good value.

The hotel did not have my AAA reservation in their system. They were out of rooms except for a hospitality suite. The manager tried to sell me the suite at a higher price than the reservation price. I politely declined to pay the higher amount and suggested they extend to me the price quoted on my reservation (of which I had a hard copy and reservation number). The manager agreed to honor the quoted price. The location of the hotel is good, the grounds well kept and the facilities very nice. Except for the reservation problem, my stay was pleasant and I would recommend the hotel to others.

This hotel made me feel important: The management tried to rectify the check-in problem. Although they seem to be under-staffed at that time, those on duty were able to work out the difficulties.

The rooms were neat and orderly. There were no major issues with this room. The only complaint that I had was with traffic in the area -- it was very heavy.

The location was fine. I went with a large group and the staff seemed overwhelmed and could not seem to get the rooms right. Other than this, my visit was fine. My advice for others is ask to speak with a manager as soon as you get in.

I love the 'creature comforts' that are available in their rooms.
