54 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We have used this motel a number of times in the past. It is conveniently located for us. The rooms are consistently clean and generally the staff is helpful. On one occasion, however, we had difficulty with the toilet during the night. The desk clerk's only response was to hand me towels and a plunger. I did not feel this was appropriate.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Conference Center Orland Park.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a good location near restaurants and shopping.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me well and they asked if everything was ok.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Conference Center Orland Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in a very good, easy to find location. The worst problem is the heavy traffic. It seemed to me that the staff was somewhat indifferent. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Our bed was very enjoyable. It was nice having a microwave and refrigerator. It was very convenient having an ironing board and iron.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Conference Center Orland Park.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was nothing great or unpleasant. It was okay. It was clean and comfortable. The vending machines were not on every floor and some were not working.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Conference Center Orland Park.
