My family had a reunion there, which we rented over 20 rooms. Once there, some rooms were not fully cleaned. My uncle found a snake in his room and after checking out, have of the family discovered an extra $100 dollars charged to their accounts for damaged towels and comforters. Now I can see if it just happened to at least 2 people, but everyone who stayed on the second floor which was about 10 rooms. When tried to reach managemet, they gave a very hard time and was rude about the whole situation. No one could really explain what happened and upon talking to management, he made it known that he was very unprofessional and that nothing could be done to stop small snakes from coming inside your room "this is Florida."
