Not impressed. The hotel is located near major road arteries, restaurants and shopping. hotel staff was adequate and consisted of young adults and teenagers. the site was clean and well lit. parking was adequate. room quality and trim were below average for this price range. building quality was below average for this price range and resulted in excessive noise transfer from both room-to-room and floor-to-floor. buffet breakfast was adequate

The hotel had a good location, near a major freeway and a shopping mall. It was very clean, with a friendly atmosphere and a good complimentary breakfast.
The desk staff was very friendly and helpful, eager to please. The breakfast help was also very pleasant and helpful.

I had a problem with the reservations. I reserved two rooms, they said I only reserved one. The air conditioner was broken but I was able to change rooms.
