After a horrendous night at an Extended Stay down the road, we asked Travel agency to attempt to change our stay to this hotel because of it's really convenient location. We were please to find out they would allow us an early check in and the bed...

get the best sleeps here on pillowtop !. Great Hotel, Great location, wonderful and very helpful staff. Breakfast is wow ! recently updated. Highspeed internet works great here ! restaurant and shopping nearby made my stay very comfortable.

The staff was very rude upon arrival. I was given a smoking room when I stated in my reservation that I needed a non-smoking room because I had asthma. I spoke to the staff member regarding this and he was very rude. He gave us another room and told us that if we didn't like it, we would need to leave and get another room somewhere else. He didn't offer another room in the hotel to correct the problem. My husband and I found this extremely unprofessional! The second room was non-smoking and was better. Overall the staff was not very hospitable. The location was convenient to my mother's home which is why we picked this hotel. My advice for tourists is to stay somewhere else if you can afford to, maybe the Harbison area. I was very unpleased with my stay. The beds were uncomfortable, and we couldn't get extra pillows, which I needed to prop myself with because of my asthma. The toilet in the bathroom ran all day. We stayed three nights and I was ready to go home to my own bed and non-running toilet.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Columbia.

I was surprised by the comfort of this hotel. I wasn't really sure what to expect when you stay in hotels near the Interstate, however, we were traveling with our dog, and this was about the only place we could find that would except pets. Our room...
This was just a good budget hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff, while not extremely enthusuastic, did respond efficiently to any requests we had and were able to give us advice and directions to local attractions.

Good
I was in town to visit my daughter at Ft. Jackson. It was easy to get and from the fort. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. Not the place for someone who wanted to shop. The breakfast was good and more than sufficient.
