Comfort Inn Clifton Hill Hotel - Page 1

My family and I had planned an overnight trip to Niagara Falls this Past June, and we decided that we would stay at the omfort Inn because of the great service we got there several years ago when we stayed there. Not only is the customer service on the phone pleasant and informative, but they went out of their way to ensure that we had exactly what we wanted for a previously advertised price!!

When we got to the hotel, the staff was great with the kids, the service was great, and the room itself was fantastic!

I cannot say enough gopod things about it!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Comfort Inn at Clifton Hill. The location was excellent. It's located in the heart of Niagara Falls and within walking distance to the Falls, and all other attractions. The staff was very friendly, attentive and polite. The room and bathroom area were clean, but bring your own iron if it's necessary, because it's not provided in your room. The continental breakfast was excellent, fresh with many choices. The indoor pool and hot tub were pleasant. The pool area was actually larger than I was expected. Free parking is a plus. This is a great place to stay and a good value for your dollar. I will will definitely stay there again.
