Loved this hotel! It fit well within my budget. People were very nice, close to Kings Island, stores, restaurants & gas stations. Breakfast there was great. Also had laundry facility. One restaurant in particular that you must visit is the Pizza Tower just down the road. It had the best pizza that I've had in years! I gave this hotel a 9 because their furniture could be a little more updated in the room my daughter & her boyfriend had with the king size bed. I had the 2 double beds & took my two teen age boys.

The hotel was conveniently located to dining, stores and King's Island. I was impressed with the in room amenities and the continental breakfast for the price.

This hotel made me feel content: Our room had all the amenities we needed and we did not have to worry about breakfast with the free continental breakfast. Our room was totally comfortable.

My wife, my sister and I spent a weekend at the hotel for a family affair. We enjoyed the breakfast bar not only for the food but also for the convenience. The only problem encountered was the plastic door opener that failed to work. The desk attendant told us that occasionally the magnetic fields interfere with the operation. She rekeyed it immediately and we had no more difficulty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I hated that our family was accused of stealing hotel pillows. This was billed to our credit card. The scummy pillows cost us an additional $30.00. I think if I needed pillows that bad I certainly would not take them from a hotel and at that cost! The hotel will not respond. I have filed complaints but no one will listen. Beware if you choose to stay at this hotel. You may be the next victim to be accused of stealing and at what cost it could be to you is obviously up to the hotel. There is no proof for you to stand up for yourself and you will have to pay the cost. How terrible!!!!

The staff was friendly and honored my discount certificate despite commenting it shouldn't have been applied for that night. The room was clean and pleasant. My one complaint would be the breakfast was not very good and difficult to access.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was pleasant, and the room was comfortable. The front desk clerk made a point to let me know where the pool and other amenities were located and showed me the most convenient place to park to gain access to our room. The room was not freezing cold when we walked in, which I very much appreciated, that being one of my pet peeves on getting into hotels.
