Continental breakfast.Room was a little small. The room appeared to be newly remodeled. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find and close to the interstate.

40 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

There is nothing wrong with this place.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Cheyenne.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

71 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The location was easy to find. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. I was ill the two days we were there and my husband fixed me hot tea around the clock. The staff was very helpful with extra supplies.

I was ill during my stay and the staff did everything possible to supply us with any thing we needed to keep me comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Cheyenne.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I do not like them advertising cheap rates in brochures and then charging higher rates.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Cheyenne.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was over priced for the old condition of the hotel. The swimming pool was not working. I ruined a whole bunch of food because the refrigerator did not work. The hotel refused to pay for the lost food. They think it was an electrical outlet as the lights would flicker in this room also.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Cheyenne.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was easy to find and the stay was fine. We just slept and had breakfast before hitting the road again. Having the continental breakfast was convenient.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Cheyenne.

Hotel was fine; clean, comfortable and adequate for our stay but the pricing due to Frontier Days was exceptionally high.Front desk clerks were exceptionally helpful with directions and advice for visiting Frontier Days, etc.
